OpenOffice.org - developers of the Open Office suite. The install program can be found here and on the CD. It takes from 10 to 20 hours to download on a dial-up line, so unless you have a high-speed line I recommend using the version on your CD.
The CD also includes many documentation files in PDF format which can be found in the Download folder on the CD, but be sure to User's Guides for OpenOffice.org 2.x page for more recient versions ... they are being added and updated all the time.
