The videos on the CD are all AVIs, and therefore, slightly higher quality. All of the videos are captured live on a PC, here is a short excerpt from one converted to SWF and compressed. Note: If you're on a dial-up line and a video gets ahead of the down-load, stop the video and restart after the download is complete (or far enough ahead to avoid catching up again).
